Question Mail Enable issues

Hi everyone,
I am trying to activate mailenable on my domains but I am getting below error:

Error: mailmng failed: MEAOSM.Domain.GetDomain failed
at (MailEnable:penDomain line 87)
at execute console command --turn-on-domain(vconsoleapp::start line 93)
at execute "C:\Program Files (x86)\Plesk\admin\bin\mailmng" --turn-on-domain "--domain-name=alofogh.com"(vconsoleapp::run line 110)
(Error code 1)

My server is behind DSL router and also I am using ddns(Dynamic DNS);

Can anyone have clue about this?
