MAIL ENABLE PROFESSIONAL 3.0 - [ import contacts ]

i'm using win PLESK 8.2.0.1 with MailEnable Professional 3.02. as webmail i use ME-webMail.

well,
i logged in at webmail.myDomain.tld -> 'contacts' -> 'import contacts' and tried to import my contacts from HORDE WEBMAIL.

but i can do whatevere i want, i get the error 'IMPORT FAILED'.

somebody any idea?

Hello,

You can not just import from Horde wemail to Mail enable webmail. Mail enable webmail allows import only by two ways. Please read the following:

So you need first to conver your Horder database to , for example Windows Address Book. You can try to use the following tool for it:

but that do i know.

meanwhile, i could investigate the issue: the first-line of my CSV, built by outlook 2007 (german), was in german. - i did translate the first line to correct english value and everything worked fine, after.
