Mail Errors

We ae trying to delete a mail account and it wont let us i get an error stating

Unable to delete mail alias: Unable to remove Mail Alias: Run time Error: MEAOPO.mailbox.GetMailbox failed: Run time error: MEAOPO.Mailbox.GetMailbox failed.

Any help would be greatly aprreciated. Plesk 7.5 for windows server standard 2003

you can fix this problem by mchk
mchk --domain --domain-name=problemdomainname

another mail problem

when trying to delete e-mail account i now get the error

Unable to remove the mail names: mailmng failed: Run-Time Error: MEAOPO. Mailbox. RemoveMailbox failed.

I also get this error when trying to change mail passwords

Uanble to Set Password:mailmng failed:Run Time Error: MEAOPO.Mailbox.GetMailbox Failed
