Mail for domains stuck in queue

I have a Dedicated server at GoDaddy. I have had it since last August with no problem however my mail is stuck in Queue.
I can see via webmail.domain.com and I have a redirect set under Domains>mydomain.com>mail>[email protected]

I rebooted the server but to no avail.
I even stopped restarted the services in Server>Services management regarding mail.
