Issue Mail goes to spam in Outlook/hotmail. Wrong smtp.helo

Basic Pleskian
My emails are going to spam folder in Outlook and Hotmail.

The hostname is set to the FQDN, but when i send a email i have "smtp.helo=webmail.example.com"

In mxtools i have all in green, but if the domain has another ip, i have
SMTP Banner CheckReverse DNS does not match SMTP Banner

The outgoing email is configured with the main ip address of the server

I dont know what can i do
