  • The Horde component is removed from Plesk Installer. We recommend switching to another webmail software supported in Plesk.
  • The BIND DNS server has already been deprecated and removed from Plesk for Windows.
If a Plesk for Windows server is still using BIND, the upgrade to Plesk Obsidian 18.0.70 will be unavailable until the administrator switches the DNS server to Microsoft DNS. We strongly recommend transitioning to Microsoft DNS within the next 6 weeks, before the Plesk 18.0.70 release.

Mail looping ?

Hi all,

We got a Plesk 8.2.1 server, but now we do have a strange situation, domains on that server normally get e-mail delivered, from our antivirus cluster, the cluster sends it to mail.domainname.ext, which points to the plesk server.
but the plesk server says the domain isnt local so im delivering remote, and it goes then to the first MX record, which is ofcourse the antivirus cluster, which on that point sends it to mail.domainname.ext.
Strange thing is that the domain is created on that plesk server, and is running fine, except the e-mail that is looping.
Switching the e-mail service off and on for that domain resolves the problem.

Anyone got an idea where to look on this part ? or is it just a bug ?
