plesk repair mail -y has already been used without errors, plesk repair all -n also shows no errors, does anyone know the problem?

Probably internal ID PPS-15447, we're currently researching the issue that may be linked with the ARC header addition since Plesk 18.0.58.

Good afternoon,
For the past 2 or 3 days, the emails we receive or send from Outlook desktop arrive without a subject, without a sender, and yet in the content of the message the headers appear:

Could you post the full headers from Thunderbird (More -> View Source)? Would be very interesting what's before the Return-Path: header.

Hello @Jose Isla,

For each domain, do Website & Domains, Email, Email Settings, select domain, remove DKIM check. It's under DKIM: Use DKIM spam protection system to sign outgoing email messages -> Remove check.

Then the emails should be correct.

Best regards

hume1991

OK thanks @hume1991 . Works!

But disabling DKIM is not a very good idea, in terms of problems we may have regarding authentication. No?

I suppose this solution is provisional, while they fix the problem.

Thank you so much!

Any chance to (at least manually) repair the mails? I could not find anything that describes in details what was wrong. BTW: How to apply "Update 1"?
