Issue Mail server Reverse DNS Resolution Failed (help)

Hey,

I am a new user to plex and im trying to create a mail server to send marketing emails for my business. Im running into a issue ive created a domain and configured my dns records through digital ocean for my website (www.securityxxx.co.uk) i then configured a subdomain inside plesk for (webmail.securityxxx.co.uk) i created another A record in my digital ocean dns for the domain ("webmail.securityxxx.co.uk")

i then proceeded to access the webmail i configured in plesk and logged in successfully. When i send a email it sends in roundcube but is not recieved by any email provider.

Ive ran a lookup on MX toolbox for the SMTP ("webmail.securityxxx.co.uk)

	SMTP Connection Time	0.802 seconds - Good on Connection time

how do i fix this so the emails will send.

Reverse DNS Resolution - No PTR Record found

I suppose that you have to add appropriate PTR DNS record for IP address.
