  • The Horde component is removed from Plesk Installer. We recommend switching to another webmail software supported in Plesk.
  • The BIND DNS server has already been deprecated and removed from Plesk for Windows.
If a Plesk for Windows server is still using BIND, the upgrade to Plesk Obsidian 18.0.70 will be unavailable until the administrator switches the DNS server to Microsoft DNS. We strongly recommend transitioning to Microsoft DNS within the next 6 weeks, before the Plesk 18.0.70 release.

Hi haagsemark,

for further investigations, pls. consider to provide MORE informations about the domain and from logs, because "guessing" is quite time investing and suggestions might just be a shot in the dark.

Similar: I have my domains configured via a Cloudflare account, using their DNS setup. I copied the DKIM code as a TXT record, precisely as indicated in the Plesk 12.5.30 DNS settings. But when I check the message headers in Gmail, iCloud, etc., the DKIM isn't recognized.

???

Peace,
Gene

Hi Gene Steinberg,

But when I check the message headers in Gmail, iCloud, etc., the DKIM isn't recognized.

In your case as well: We have to guess your settings, which leaves people willing to help to "standard answers". We can only suggest to check your DNS - settings, either at Cloudflare, over Plesk, or/and your domain registrar. :(

I copy/pasted the settings from the Plesk DNS to Cloudflare. This happens on all domains I checked, and while I suppose I could make a mistake on one of them, not on all.

I suppose I could send this privately. Don't want to paste it here.

Peace,
Gene
