Hey guys,

Got a problem with Mail.

For some reason my client reports they can only access one mailbox at one time, but this is a problem because about 5 people need to be able to access the same emial address at the same time.

Mailenable says 16 connections are possible but plesk is limiting to only 1.

How do i change this?

Look at 'Allow multiple sessions' option in mailbox Preferences. I hope it will help.

I have tried this, but to my surprise it is already enabled as standard.

Any more suggestions?
