mail_auth_dump failed

Basic Pleskian
Hi,

When I run the comman /usr/local/psa/admin/sbin/mchk, fails on step: mail_auth_dump.

The following message appears when I execute manually mail_auth_dump:
Code:
~ # /usr/lib/plesk-9.0/remote_mail_restore/mail_auth_dump
[2015-10-11 08:51:50] ERR [util_exec] proc_close() failed
Error: /opt/psa/admin/bin/mail_auth_dump.worker[14092]: Input parse error: Invalid or unsupported Unicode character or escape sequence found in string. UTF8 encoded characters and '\u' escape sequences are not supported. Error occured at offset 26848, character '\'.

All mail accounts have a password.
Code:
mysql> select * from mail where account_id not in (select id from accounts);
    Empty set (0.00 sec)

What can be the cause?

I can't create a Support Request...
"Entered license key is either not valid or not eligible for email support"

If I use the chat, I get the message:
"Entered license key number is correct but it does not have Chat support option enabled. Try to use our phone support channel or create a ticket using our online web form for assistance with your technical issue."
