Mailbox quota failing after migration

I recently activated a new win 2k8 server and installed plesk 10.4 upon it. I then migrated the domains from my old plesk 8.6 server to the new one....The whole procedure was somehow buggy and not smooth and now my main problem is that my clients mailboxes all have the same issue: the mailbox size and settings are correct, but the mailbox quota is missing. Even if I I know that a mailbox contains 200 messages and fills up 50 mb the panel is always showing 0 B used on 100 MB available. How come?
 
Thanks for the quick reply, Igor. I tried it, but the problem is still there. I am running Mail Enable latest version, enterprise premium.
