Mailman uses wrong "From" address

When mailman sends subscription reminders, it uses a "From:" address of [email protected]. I have specified 'domain.com', NOT 'host.domain.com' in the mm_cfg.py file. Bounce processing fails because [email protected] is not a valid address.

I've tried several kludges to try to forward to a valid address, but have had no success. Has anyone a suggestion?
 
The problem address is the "Sender:" rather than "From:" address. The "From:" address appears to be correct. However, bounces are coming back to [email protected], which is not a valid address, therefore the bounce is not processed.
