Twitterhi we have trouble with create a password on email accounts
error message
mailmng[28563]: Can't read encryption key from '/var/lib/plesk/mail/auth/passwd_db_key': No such file or directory (2) mailmng[28563]: Failed to initialize encryption cipher 'AES-256-CBC
KCS' with key '/var/lib/plesk/mail/auth/passwd_db_key' mailmng[28563]: Failed to initialize password cipher context (for mail address '[email protected]') mailmng[28563]: Unable to set password for mailname [email protected]
because we still have no solution-until now please help
We have linux debian 7.0 with plesk panel 11.5
