Issue Mails are still forwarded to a previously deleted recipient

Product: Plesk Onyx 17.8.11 Update #25

Hi, I have this strange problem that one user who left the company complained that she still receives emails to a private account where mailes from different company email addresses were forwarded to when she still worked here. I removed her address from every forward but accourding to the logs the server still sends the mails out to her. What can I do about this?
