Mails not available via IMAP after migration

Hi all,

i'm new to Plesk. So far we were using Confixx to host about 150 customers. Now we plan to migrate to Plesk due to EOL of confixx.

The biggest problem i'm facing at the moment is, that I can't see mails via IMAP after migration.

What I did is a migration of one customer to plesk. I'm using postfix as an SMTP and Courier IMAP. The mails are copied to the new server into the folder:

/var/qmail/mailnames/domain.de/user/Maildir/

When I log in with [email protected] on the new server via webmail or thunderbird using IMAP I can't see any mails. Do I need to reconfigure something.. if yes, what and how?

Problem solved. Mails were stored due to misconfiguration on Confixx server in
/var/qmail/mailnames/domain.de/user/Maildir/Maildir
