Hello,
I am trying to make a backup from my Plesk and to restore on a Cpanel, is that possible?, if not, how I do a readable backup because when I download a backup I cannot open it on my pc, I have try to open with winrar but it told me that the format is incorrect.
I have not root access because I am running in a reseller host.
Could anybody help me please,
