Question Message do upgrade from Onyx to Obsidian

Luiz_Gustavo

Basic Pleskian
Hello,

Some customers are seeing the message "Please note that starting from January 20, 2020, your Plesk server(s) can be selected for an automatic update to Plesk Obsidian" every time they log to panel, some of them has Ubuntu 14.04 LTS and Plesk Onyx and this Linux version is incompatible to Obsidian and some customers wants to stay with this version and dont want to dist upgrade or migrate systems.

How can I stop to display this boring message to these customers?

Thanks,
Gustavo

Nobody can help me to stop show that message?
