Metadata publishing for this service is currently disabled.

Hello,

I have just successfully installed plesk 12 on my windows server 2012. However, I get metadata publishing for this service is currently disabled when I try to access the server on https://myipaddress:8443.

Although the error suggested a fix, I'm unsure of where to insert the fix.
