TwitterI'm running a server with Plesk 9.5.4 and need to migrate a domain from a server running Plesk 10.3.1. When I run migration manager I get an error "No migration agents found. Data migration is not available."
Is migration down to the lower version not possible or is there some other issue causing this problem?
I've read http://kb.odin.com/8495 and ensured that I have a standard .bashrc file on the source server.
I've read http://kb.odin.com/9066 and can also confirm that the servers have different hostnames.
I've confirmed that I can ssh as root from the destination server to the source server
