migrate from helm 3.2 to plesk 8.6

Hello,

I have 2 server windows2003 (HELM 3.2) and Windows2008 (Plesk 8.6)

I can't migrate data from helm to plesk

Unable to upload scout: Unable to run migrmng: Unable to connect to remote host

Firewall stop on the windows2003 and on the 2008 server

But from cPanel i can start transfer
