Migrate from windows to linux?

Hello, I need help telling as migrating from windows to linux, that I'm quite newbie in linux.

Would appreciate any information or link to a guide.

Hello Jose,

For latest version of Plesk we don't support automated migration from windows to linux or from linux to windows.
Meanwhile if you need to migrate one or several sites, you would need to create same sites and mailboxes on new server and then copy their content - web files via FTP and emails via IMAP.

Okay, Do you know how information is transferred by e-imap?, Is what most concerns me, not to lose the emails.
