Issue Migrating my WordPress website from Plesk 10 to Plesk 12.5

Hi, I am trying to migrate my WordPress website from Plesk 10 to Plesk 12.5 server. But when I migrate my website on new server, it's name automatically changes back to default name. Please help me to resolve this issue. Let me know if their is any issue in my website.

To migrate Wordpress I recommend to use a free plugin like "Duplicator" by Snap Creek. Simply install the plugin in your Wordpress, pack the installation, copy the installation files to your new website and run the installer of it.
