• Debian 11 is approaching its end-of-life (vendor EOL date - August 31, 2026). Plesk Obsidian 18.0.80 will be the last release to support it.
If you are running Plesk Obsidian on Debian 11, we recommend you upgrade those servers to Debian 12 using our dist-upgrade tool.
  • We plan to deprecate and remove the support for XML RPC protocol versions earlier than 1.6.9.1 in Plesk Obsidian 18.0.82. We strongly recommend that you update all existing integrations using earlier versions of the XML RPC protocol to comply with the version 1.6.9.1 specification.

Hi all!

Actually I have a Plesk 8.1.1 runing on Windows with about 60 domains. And I need change transfer all of these domains to a Linux server with Plesk 8.3 version.

I have already read the administrator guide, backup guide and read everything I found about the Plesk Migration Manager ok!

Bu I still have some doubts as follow:

1 - Is these kind of platform change possible?

2 - If the above question answer is yes, should I first install on Linux the same version of plesk?

3 - How is the correct procedure or where can I find the necessary information to do the transfer?

Thank's!

1. Yes.
2. No, 8.3 should do fine.
3. See the Migration Manager instructions in the Administrator's Guide.
