Migration -> Error during dump retrieval

Powie

Regular Pleskian
Tryed to migrate from Confixx 3.3.9 to Plesk 11.0.9. Not the whole server, just 1 user.

Cannot find a solution for this error:

sorry, but this KB article doesn't help........

I think, theres a problem on the source server on dumping the database....
on the source server, the directory that should containing the dump is empty.

I need to reopen this thread, because I need migration in the near future!
At the last time I mean its a problem on the source server. After the last try I have take a deeper look on the spurce server and what I see is that migrationis running, in the folders in /var/cache/xxxxx all .tar files will be genereated. migrations stops with the error after trying to receive the first file from the source server. All other .tar files are still in place but the first file is deleted after this try....!!!

I made a step forward! As mentioned, all .tar files exist before transfer. Now I have found in the file content-list.xml, generated on migration porocess, all file entries are duplicates! I think this produces the error on migration, because the agent trys to transfer each dump twice.....

I have checked this at one other account. All files after the first duplicate entry still remain in the cache dir!
