PROBLEM DESCRIPTION:
Error when restoring mail messages of mailbox on the target server.

Exit code: 0
Stderr: Failed to register restored messages for mailbox. Possible impact: messages could be unavailable via IMAP, or IMAP flags could not be restored. Reason: No se pudo encontrar el archivo 'C:\Program Files (x86)\Plesk\Mail Servers\Mail Enable\PostOffices\domain.net\MAILROOT\soporte\Public\_index.xml'.​
STEPS TO REPRODUCE:
Mail software : Mailenable
When try to copy or tranfer files with _ char stop

All files in mailenable or imap with that char must be skip​

No, it is not the same. The problem is all files _index.xml (20kb) when try to copy. Or are in use or can read or write to new server.

_index.xml file is configuraction of MailEnable, not email file
 
Hi,
Plesk Migrator do not transfer index files, this error related with mail server load. Index was not yet created by MailEnable when Plesk Migrator tried to connect to mailbox using IMAP. This could happens when mailbox contain very big number of mail messages.
 
Hello Javier,

This file is empty because there are no mail files in this folder. Also it is not transferred from source server as is, it is created by mail server on target after creation of mailbox.
Because there are no log files, stack trace or other details about error we can assume that this error appeared because MailEnable not yet created index file when Plesk Migrator tried to read it.

If this error could be reproduced on your environment please contact Plesk Technical support for detail investigation.
