Migration error on 'old id'

Can someone tell me how to correct this error? It is from the migration log. I am migrating to a new server and all other clients went well except the one. It is the default (first) client on the old server and it fails on "oldId"? Here is the error in the log:

Hi,

maybe some record is missing in db or in migration data;

try to contact support team of SWsoft in order to fix this.
btw, you should have active support option on your license
