Resolved Migration error: Unable to create mail account

Hi,

I want to migrate an old Plesk server (both Obsidian), but some accounts won´t migrate:

Unable to create mail account '[email protected]' in subscription 'domain.de': Command execution failed on the local server with non-zero exit code.
command: /opt/psa/bin/mail --create [email protected] -mailbox true -passwd '' -passwd_type encrypted -ignore-nonexistent-options
exit code: 1

stderr: There is no DSMail service for domain with id = 505

Any ideas how I can solve this?

The command

plesk repair db

did not work for me...

As far as I know, it is Plesk Migrator bug PMT-5002
As a possible workaround just re-sync the migration of this subscription.

I resynct maybe 20 times...

The mailbox should be successfully created on the new server despite an error message that can be ignored.

No nothing will be created. The migration stops with this error message. Thats the big problem.

My last Plesk Update was missing. Now it works.
