Hi!

I am trying to migrate accounts from 9.5.3 to 9.5.3 but keep getting errors


Error: The version of Plesk Migration Agent running on the remote host is older than the version of Plesk Migration Manager being currently used. Please install Plesk Migration Manager components of the same version.


I have tried hotfix, installed migration agent 9.5.3 on both servers but error remain same can you help

The reason is - "A connection attempt failed because the connected party did not properly respond after a period of time, or established connection failed because connected host has failed to respond"
Make sure that it is not network related issue.
 
that was fixed if you see in end its all about the version issue

Remote agent version was not determined due to connection problem. Check it.
 
can you give 9.503.3945.6560 agent so i download and install on remote server?
 
i just checked log again it does get first time the version of remote but when it again check second time it found 0.0 why?
 
how to solve connection issue on Source server i tried to connect on anyother server and its done but server at softlayer giving issues
