Hello,
My Plesk migration is stuck at the beginning, so I close the migration screen until I wait for the end of the stop process.
When I try to restart the migration, I get the error message "Migration for the specified source server was already started. Please either continue this migration or finish it before you can start another one for the same source server."

There are no processes panel-migrator-rsync.exe and terminate them.
Source server win 2012 R2
Plesk Obsidian Web Pro Edition
Versiyon 18.0.56

Destination Server
Windows Server 2022
Plesk Obsidian Version 18.0.64

How can I resolve this issue?

If you go to Plesk > Tools & Settings > Migration & Transfer Manager, is there a "Finish Migration" link? If not, could you please take a screenshot so we can see what exactly does the migrator tool show?
