  • The BIND DNS server has already been deprecated and removed from Plesk for Windows.
If a Plesk for Windows server is still using BIND, the upgrade to Plesk Obsidian 18.0.70 will be unavailable until the administrator switches the DNS server to Microsoft DNS. We strongly recommend transitioning to Microsoft DNS within the next 6 weeks, before the Plesk 18.0.70 release.
  • The Horde component is removed from Plesk Installer. We recommend switching to another webmail software supported in Plesk.

Migration from 7.5.3 to 10.0.1

Hi,

I'm a novice when it comes to upgrades and migration. I need to migrate data from a live Plesk 7.5.3 panel to a new clean Plesk Panel 10.0.1
I tried running the migration planning tool on the 7.5.3 panel, but I think the response was basically telling me that it could only check Plesk 8 or 9.

What is the recommended method for migrating data from 7.5.3 to 10.0.1 - is this supported by the migration manager?

Your help in this matter is greatly appreciated as the old (live) server is due to go out of service on 31-Dec.
