Migration from 9.0.0 CentOS 5 to 10.3 - Ip Address error

Hello,
I try to upgrade Plesk 9.0.0 to the last version (10.3).
Before launch the upgrade manager, I need to be sure all is ok because it's a production server.

To do that I follow many forum and I found this article http://kb.odin.com/9436

When I do this command line:
php -d safe_mode=Off plesk103_preupgrade_checker.php XXXXXXX

I have this error:
STEP 18: Checking Plesk IP addresses...
[FATAL_ERROR] Unable to get IP address

I search on google and on this forum but I can't find how to solve this problem.

I checked:
hosts file on linux: ip adress and host name OK
static ip on linux OK
ifconfig OK
client OK
all domains ip OK
Plesk ip OK (I have only one)

but all clients have IP addess of the host. I didn't understand the answer about dummy domain.

I try an update to 10 and to 9.5 and got this errors:

rpmdb: Lock table is out of available locker entries
rpmdb: Unknown locker ID: 3d9a

error: cannot open Packages database in /var/lib/rpm

All packages are downloaded and I have 6Go md1 free and 405Go md2 free, 1Go memory free.

Any idea?

Looks like that there is corrupted rpm database.

Try to repair it with

cp -r /var/lib/rpm /var/lib/rpm_
rm -f /var/lib/rpm/__*
rpm --rebuilddb

this command lines are done.

I try to update to 9.3.0 (yellow exclamation).

Edit: Ok for update to 9.3.
But all other versions (10.x too) get a red exclamation (!), are there any problems to update to this versions?

Is there a risk to update when I have red dot (!) before the version of update?

I try to update Plesk 9.3.0 to 9.5.4 via SSH but i got this error:

Downloading the file PSA_9.5.4/plesk_getkeyinfo.sh: 100% done.

Continuing with the upgrade without having an appropriate product license key
