• The BIND DNS server has already been deprecated and removed from Plesk for Windows.
If a Plesk for Windows server is still using BIND, the upgrade to Plesk Obsidian 18.0.70 will be unavailable until the administrator switches the DNS server to Microsoft DNS. We strongly recommend transitioning to Microsoft DNS within the next 6 weeks, before the Plesk 18.0.70 release.
  • The Horde component is removed from Plesk Installer. We recommend switching to another webmail software supported in Plesk.

Hi,

My english is very bad but i will try to explain my problem.

We do a migration from 9.5 to 9.5 and in middle of process, we update the new server to 10.

All domaine/client whatever after this update have lost our login access to Plesk pannel.

Since this, half of domaine have acces and secon half dont. We try to set a user password but the system is always asking for a new domain name. Domain already exist. So, the panel always write "Domain name already here..".

We dont want to create a new domain or client. Juste give the username/password for Panel.

We try to found solution for 2 month without succes. This is my last chance to found. At the end of the month, we change for CPanel. My costumer want to kill me now!

Can you help?

you updated your control panel while a migration was running??

No.. We have migrate a bunch of website and we have stop de migration to make update after i have receive email ask me to make upgrade.

I have 200 website in hosting. 50 has migrated before update and the rest, couple of day after upgrade to version 10.

plesk10 gives you some new options when you start a migration which option habe you chosen?
there is an option whre user accounts are not migrated (only domains and content) then your user logins are lost. try to migrate a domain again from your old system and read the migration options carefuly

We have choose minimum option because we have a lot of problem with our migration. The most hardnes migration i never do. More than 2 hour/domain and a lot of error.

Maybe is the problem but now, i have to make login/password. I dont found how!

Try this:
1. create customer (you have to create a subscription with this user chose a domainname like test123.com)
2. when user is created delete this subscription (test123.com) now you have a plain user
3. change subscription owner for one of your migrated subscriptions to your new user.
4. now this user should be able to log in and manage this domain.
