Migration from Plesk 8.2 Linux to 8.1 Windows

I am trying to run migration from a machine running Plesk 8.2 for Linux to Plesk 8.1 for Windows. Migration goes through steps and after setting the IP step, it looks like it is running and finishes with "Migration Complete". One problem, no domains were brought over. Any help? I have paid Plesk (ticket ID #382394) for support for this problem and when they ran migration, it moved the domains. Now I need to move the latest info from these domains and more and now it doesn't move anything.Your input is greatly appreciated.
