• Debian 11 is approaching its end-of-life (vendor EOL date - August 31, 2026). Plesk Obsidian 18.0.80 will be the last release to support it.
    If you are running Plesk Obsidian on Debian 11, we recommend you upgrade those servers to Debian 12 using our dist-upgrade tool.
  • We plan to deprecate and remove the support for XML RPC protocol versions earlier than 1.6.9.1 in Plesk Obsidian 18.0.82. We strongly recommend that you update all existing integrations using earlier versions of the XML RPC protocol to comply with the version 1.6.9.1 specification.

Hello,

The content of the private directory is not migrated when using the migration manager.
Is this a known issue?

I'm migrating from Plesk 8.2 to 9.3.

Could you please provide more information? How it can be reproduced, logs with errors, etc.

Hello Igor,

Everything is migrated except other folders then the httpdocs. For example the CGI-bin or the private directory.

I don't get any errors, the migration is succesfull.

<execution-result status="success">

The result.data is ok.

When I take a look in the dump on the new server (c:\temp\<id>\pleskdump\... ), the data that's missing after the migration is available in the dump. But it's not available on the hosting after the migration.

Yes, it is known problem with migration custom settings, templates, directories, etc. Developers are working on this problem and I hope it will be completely fixed in the next 9.5.0 version.
