Migration Manager Doesn't Preserve Mailing List Settings

Performed a bunch of 8.1 to 8.1 migrations over the weekend. Be advised that when migrating domains with mailing lists, they get recreated on the other side, not migrated such that settings are all defaulted when moved and members are resubscribed (including new welcome messages, etc.)

This is in contrast to recreating the lists and then migrating the actual data over including memberships, settings dbs, archives, etc.

In addition, it appears that lists of only about 170 members or less have their membership lists re-added intact. For lists with more than 169 members, only 169 will make it through.
