Migration Manager Error

I have been migrating from two older plesk servers to version 11. One server was running version 8.6 the other 9.2. I was able to migrate everything from version 8.6 by choosing the option of migrating everything except mail content. This created all the accounts and mailboxes on version 11, and I manually moved the mailbox data manually. This procedure is not working when trying to go from version 9.2 to version 11. From the Plesk Migration Manager I choose to migrate "All Configuration and Content Except Email". It finishes but it does not create any of the mail accounts on the destination server. This worked perfectly when migrating from version 8.6. I looked in the migration log file on the destination server and there is an error that states "2012-08-19T22:36:18-06:00 DEBUG (7): Content will not be copied due to source and destination point to the same directory". I am assuming this is related to my problem, but I don't know what to change to make this work. What directory is this referring to and where do I change it. I tried to change the temp folder as it is the only options for a directory in the wizard. Changing the temp folder resulted in the same error.

I just want to migrate all the email accounts without migrating the email content itself. Does anyone have any ideas here?
