Migration Manager Error

When I try to migrate a site from a Cobalt Raq4 i get:

Error during dump retrieval

Error during dump file retrieving.

This happens after I enter root password and After I selected migration mode/source platform. I'm using plesk 8.0.1 all latest updates are apllied.
