migration manager help

I am trying to move from my old host to new host dedicated server running plesk reloaded 7.5.4 on both. i am trying to use the migration manager to move all clients and domains including all their emails, passwords, etc (everything) in one swoop. the migration manager uploads to the old server and starts to migrate. after hours of waiting, it says it is finished but when i look in the client's domains, only some of emails databases and web files are moved, most are not moved. what do i do to get this to work?
