F Faris Raouf Silver Pleskian Plesk Guru Oct 3, 2011 #2 It might be easier to find what the problem is. The Migration Manager for Plesk 8.x uses SSH and so you'd need to make sure port 21 is open and root logins permitted, at least temporarily during the migration.
