Migration problems (from 9.5.5 to 11)

Hello,

I am trying to migrate from an old, problematic server to new server but the migration tool couldn't connect to old one.

When I am trying to start a migration process, I am getting

Error: Connection to host is not available or migration agent is not running on the source host

error from Plesk 11.

I followed the steps from http://kb.parallels.com/en/1432 and tried to re-install Plesk 9.x Migration Agent but no luck. Windows' firewall on the old server is already disabled by the way.
