• Please be aware: Kaspersky Anti-Virus has been deprecated
With the upgrade to Plesk Obsidian 18.0.64, "Kaspersky Anti-Virus for Servers" will be automatically removed from the servers it is installed on. We recommend that you migrate to Sophos Anti-Virus for Servers.
  • The Horde webmail has been deprecated. Its complete removal is scheduled for April 2025. For details and recommended actions, see the Feature and Deprecation Plan.
  • We’re working on enhancing the Monitoring feature in Plesk, and we could really use your expertise! If you’re open to sharing your experiences with server and website monitoring or providing feedback, we’d love to have a one-hour online meeting with you.

Good Day

I am having issues migrating websites from an old server to a new one

The migration logs state the following
Service plan 'Plan' on source server has PHP handler
that is not installed on the target server: running in unknown mode.
Another PHP handler was selected for that service template: custom PHP handler (id='alt-php74-cgi') for PHP 7.4.30 running in CGI mode
To resolve the issue, it is recommended to do one of the following:
- Install and enable such PHP handler to target server.
- Ensure that PHP handler that was selected automatically is fine for migrated web sites.
- Select appropriate PHP handler in service template once migration is finished
and synchronize the changes to subscriptions.

and
Failed to deploy subscription 'abcd.com'
Migration for that subscription is considered completely failed. No further actions are performed for it.
Migration tools tried to perform operation in 3 attempts: Unable to create subscription 'abcd.com'.
Subscription already exists on target server: most probably it was created at the previous attempt,
but migration tools are not sure if it was created correctly.
It is recommended to:
1) Resolve the original issue that caused subscription creation to fail,
delete subscription, and then run migration again.
OR
2) Ensure that created subscription is fine, or the original issue is minor,
then simply run migration for that subscription again.

So I have verified that the PHP does exist in both servers and to be sure installed and activated all the available php's

I'm using
Plesk Obsidian v18.0.46_build1800220814.12 on both servers
CloudLinux 8.6 on new server and CloudLinux 7.8 on old server

Any ideas what i could be doing wrong ?
