migration utility failing

Trying to migrate from a Cobalt XTR to my Plesk 7.5 box. Using the migration manager I receive the following error:

"Unable to retrieve a list of accounts and domains:
Eror during dump retrieval
Comamnd not found on remote host"

There was a time when I was evaluating Plesk that I was able to perform some test migrations successfully (after Plesk tweaked the utility". But now I am having trouble completeing a migration. I searched the forums and haven't been successful finding this error.

I'm a novice w/ Linux. Any help is appreciated.

Try to check the logs and it will be clear what command was not found on the remote host.
