  • The BIND DNS server has already been deprecated and removed from Plesk for Windows.
If a Plesk for Windows server is still using BIND, the upgrade to Plesk Obsidian 18.0.70 will be unavailable until the administrator switches the DNS server to Microsoft DNS. We strongly recommend transitioning to Microsoft DNS within the next 6 weeks, before the Plesk 18.0.70 release.
  • The Horde component is removed from Plesk Installer. We recommend switching to another webmail software supported in Plesk.

Issue Migrator sets wrong IP in DNS template

fliegerhermi

Regular Pleskian
Hi.
I am migration a few hundred subscriptions to another server. From Onyx to Obsidian; From Debian 8 to Ubuntu 18.04
I set up a DNS Template that is slightly different on the new node.
So I migrate, reset the default DNS Template and thereafter I hit "change dns".
The process is working fine accept for one issue:
After migration the whole DNS template is changed to the correct IP (out of a set of 3) except for the (no subdomain) domain. IN A entry which is always set to the server default IP.

Even after restoring to default DNS template the same error occurs again.
In the Webhosting Settings of the subscription is the correct IP.
Any idea?

Thanks
