Missing Icons

My navigation pane is missing three icons:

(You might have to click the thumbnail to see the image...)



Is there anything I can do to fix this?

Is it Plesk installed on Virtuozzo VPS or standalone Plesk server?

I think its installed on Virtuozzo VPS. I've signed up for a Virtual Private Server with myhosting.com.
