Mobile Manager unable to authenticate

Hi, I am having trouble connecting to my server from the mobile app.
I suspect this is because I have moved the SSH port to stop intrusion attacks.
Is this correct and is there anyway round this other than resetting the SSH port as I do not see an option in the app to change the port connection?
