Mobile version adds CSS code in URL

We are running WPB Standalone 12.0.6. We noticed that when you browse your site (navigate to some page) with a mobile device, the following CSS code is added in the end of the URL (will be shown in the browser's URL field) :

#content-content-inner

Is this a bug?
