Question ModSecurity Error

LucaB.

Basic Pleskian
Hi, I get this error in home page of my plesk panel:
Code:
Error: Failed to update the ModSecurity rule set: modsecurity_ctl failed: HTTP Error 403: Forbidden
Unable to download tortix rule set
perhaps after update plesk 12.5.30 #66
I find similar error on support plesk but only for 12.5.30 #52.

Is it important?

Thanks

Luca

Try to reinstall modsecurity component with

# plesk installer --select-product-id plesk --select-release-current --remove-component modsecurity
# plesk installer --select-product-id plesk --select-release-current --install-component modsecurity

Same problem here.
It seems modsecurity don't find license ...
It happen now on 5 servers, apparently when there was a grace period on license because retrieval don't work.

I can only recommend to create a request to support team to do in-depth investigation to find the reason and to fix it. Please create a ticket to support at Help Center
