Resolved Monitoring 2.0 - Warning: restart service agent360 failed

Hello together,

I insatlled the new Monitoring 2.0 and connected it to Plesk360.

Now I want to install the Agent for the server but I always get the following error.

Fehler beim Installieren oder Aktualisieren des Monitoring-Agents.

• Execution pleskrc has failed with exit code 1, stdout: INFO: [Thu Oct 21 06:48:30 CEST 2021]: Service: agent360, Action: restart
• Trying to restart service agent360... attempt to restart service agent360 - service doesn't exist (missing unit file or not executable control script)

• Warning: restart service agent360 failed

• , stderr: Unit agent360.service could not be found.

Can somebody help me out with this error?

could you please provide details about OS and Plesk version where you're trying to setup agent for the server ?

It seems the agent was not able to be installed on your server. Could you please try to execute the installation command manually to check what is the root cause of the issue?

To get the right command, you need to open the 360 Monitoring website:

The error was that my server missed one lib libc6-dev:amd64

I istall it and now it works

Anyway, could you please provide details about your OS/Plesk? Or just show an output of the `plesk version` CLI command?
