• The BIND DNS server has already been deprecated and removed from Plesk for Windows.
If a Plesk for Windows server is still using BIND, the upgrade to Plesk Obsidian 18.0.70 will be unavailable until the administrator switches the DNS server to Microsoft DNS. We strongly recommend transitioning to Microsoft DNS within the next 6 weeks, before the Plesk 18.0.70 release.
  • The Horde component is removed from Plesk Installer. We recommend switching to another webmail software supported in Plesk.

Issue Monthly domain stats not recalculated automatically

Plesk Obsidian 18.0.69 Update #2 Web Host Edition
Hello,

As we entered the new month of May,
I noticed that on both of our servers the monthly statistics shown at https://plesk.xxx/admin/domain/list are no longer being recalculated automatically.

I can still manually trigger “Refresh Usage Stats” for each domain without any issue.
However, if I’m not mistaken, this calculation used to run automatically.
Could this behavior have changed with the recent upgrade to Plesk 18.0.69?

Note:
According to the article https://support.plesk.com/hc/en-us/...calculate-statistics-for-all-domains-in-Plesk,
it seems possible to create a new Scheduled Task for this purpose.

Thank you in advance.

Hello, @lema The statistics are being recalculated as part of the Plesk daily maintenance script. There is no known issue at this point related to the automatic statistics calculation, so I am guessing something is going wrong on the server. What I can suggest is to examine the /var/log/syslog for possible errors. Alternatively, I suggest opening a ticket with Plesk support for an investigation of the issue on your server. To sign-in to support and open a ticket go to:
https://support.plesk.com
If you got your license from a reseller, your reseller should provide support for you. If the reseller does not provide support, here is an alternative to get support directly from Plesk:
https://support.plesk.com/hc/en-us/articles/12388090147095-How-to-get-support-directly-from-Plesk

Hello,

I haven’t found any related ERROR entries in /var/log/syslog.
Could you please let me know which daily maintenance script is responsible for recalculating the usage statistics?

I'd like to point out that I’m facing this issue on both of our servers, and it affects only the stats displayed under the following link:
https://<domain>/admin/domain/list

However, the stats at the following link are calculated correctly:
https://<domain>/cp/server/info-and-statistics/traffic-usage/domains

Thank you in advance.

Thank you for the update. I am referring to /usr/local/psa/admin/plib/DailyMaintainance/task-script.php. Here are more details on it. Could you please try running and let us know if that makes any difference:

plesk daily ExecuteStatistics ExecuteWebStatistics

Hello,
I’m running the following command manually:
Bash:
plesk daily ExecuteStatistics ExecuteWebStatistics
It seems to run for a few minutes and exits silently — no error is returned and there is nothing relevant logged in /var/log/syslog.

Unfortunately, the statistics shown at https://<domain>/admin/domain/list are not being updated.

The only way to refresh the stats for each domain is by clicking "Refresh Usage Stats" from within the domain’s control panel.

Both of our servers behave the same way.
A reboot did not resolve the issue either.

The output of plesk daily -l is:
